documents.logos.com
When viewing documents.logos, i see many of my documents.
But when i add new Note files in my Logos (PC version 4.6c SR3), they do not show up in documents.logos. i see note files as recent as Sept 23, 2013, but not the ones i added today. i have tried clicking on the Sync icon in Logos and it spins and stops and tells me all items are up to date. But when viewing documents.logos they are not showing there. i have tried sorting by Date in documents.logos and by Name and searching for the new note files, but they never seen to show up. i have noticed that a green circle is spinning forever on documents.logos.
Does anyone know how to get documents.logos to recognize new note files ?

Just sharing that I just looked at my documents.logos.com and noticed that the last update for me was September 25 ...
question? How often do they update? What time of day? Just wondering ......

Update:
Tried using IE-10 and pretty much the same results (no update of new Note files created today)
Here is an image of what i am seeing in FireFox. As you can see the green circle stays even after the page has loaded. You can also see the latest Note file is dated Sept 23, 2013.

Hi Steve - and good to hear from you.
Like Milford, the most recent documents I see are from 25 Sept.
And I created a Notesfile earlier today on my iPad and this has synced to my Android so I would have expected it to be at documents.logos.com.
I suspect there could be a problem here, hopefully someone from Logos will comment.

Thanks brothers! That was useful info, i hope Logos is paying attention to the forum.
Hopefully Logos will get on this next week. Although that doesn't help my situation, i was trying to give my sister a note file which contained links to charts & maps in the Women's Study Bible. i found another existing note file which had the links and she can get by with that for the time being.

Hi Steve,
Sorry about that! We had a slight service outage this weekend with documents.logos.com. All services are working normally right now, and your notes document should be listed now. Can you verify that your document is appearing now?
