In the last couple days, I have had as of yet unresolved issues with failed downloads. The app when connected detects available updates, starts downloading and then they fail. It some cases, the app actually crashed. I downloaded vyrso to try it there and it failed also. One out of 5 resources did complete after a day and many retries, the others are still failing.
I am not sure whether the problem is with my hardware or with the Logos servers because there is another Bible app (from a competitor) that also crashes when I try to download a resource.
So, I would like to know whether there have been problems the last couple days (other users). Also, people have experienced this kind of issue before but what I read was trial and error types of solutions. It would be good to have a more organized list of possible sources when someone encounters this problem. In particular, it would be good to know if the Logos servers will do this from time to time (downtime due to maintenance).
One last detail: some resources download fail very quickly. But sometimes it goes all the way to 98% and sits there for a while with nothing happening (not installing???). Then it fails. The book that did go through had the same behaviour: it sat at 98% for a bit and I thought it was going to fail but then it went through.
