Kindle Fire HD - "Reference not found" for NIV84
I don't know what's changed in the past few weeks, but I cannot navigate to any reference in NIV84. I get a small popup at the bottom: "Reference not found". I saw another thread on this (related to iPad or something), and I removed Logos, reinstalled and logged in, downloaded the Bibles I was using, and am still getting this.
It seems to be isolated to the NIV84. I tested setting my Preferred Bible to ESV, and then the Holman Christian Standard, and they seemed to work. Whenever I use NIV84, I get the error, even if it's not set to be my Preferred Bible.
I hope this can be resolved, as my class ls using NIV, and when I go out and work on my lessons, I'm usually using my Kindle as the Bible .
Thank you,
Ernie

The fixed version of the NIV84 is unrelated to a new install; in other words, a new install won't fix the issue... if you wait for the app to reindex after logging in and check the News panel you should see that there is an update for the NIV84. Please download it and see if the issue still occurs since I am unable to reproduce the issue on a Kindle.

After downloading/update the resource the problem is indeed back! We're taking a look at it now.

I've reinstalled and entered a few references - seems to work. Thank you.
