Bug: Main L4 window changes size when using taskbar (still)

The mechanism that was used in earlier bug report now in B4 is still a problem. i captured a video which shows the action (please notice the mouse at the taskbar).

I tend to have multiple apps open and use the taskbar toggling to hide apps, then later have them restored to use them again. i have tried several apps with this method to ensure that they do not have this problem.

When windows signals L4 that focus has returned, is there a way for you to track what it's last window size/state was before repainting the window?

thanks again, i know this isn't a show stopper. But the fix from B3 to B4 isn't fixing this.
