Verse of the day and Windows 8.1
I've noticed the lock screen doesn't get updated on Windows 8.1. Is this a known issue, or just a Problem with my Installation?

Are you running Windows 8.1 Preview or RTM?
We've had reports of this bug from Windows 8.1 Preview (e.g., http://community.logos.com/forums/p/73997/521564.aspx#521564). We'll be investigating once Windows 8.1 ships this week and will ship an update if necessary.

Thanks for clarifying. Just wanted to make sure I've not messed up my fresh installation after one day. :-o
I'm using Win 8.1 RTM.
(Isn't it like 1.30 AM for you over there? Quite an unusual time for forum support ;-)

We haven't been able to reproduce any problems with Verse of the Day not updating using the final version of Windows 8.1 (v6.3.9600) downloaded from the Windows Store.
Is it still not working for you? If so, does uninstalling and reinstalling help?

I didn't update through the Windows Store, but did a fresh installation with an original Win 8.1 DVD.0 -
I'm using 8.1 Preview and have been since it was available. My lock screen has been stuck on one particular verse of the day for months now. No way I can get it out of my computer, even though I uninstalled Verse of the Day long ago.
Since Logos doesn't seem to have any idea what the problem is, let me try it this way. Can you tell me what folder that verse of the day is stored in? What cache file, where? If I could just manually delete that verse of the day graphic, I would be happy. Kind of tired of looking at that one rendering every day.

Anyway, when the system is not activated, the lock screen can't be changed. That includes the Logos app.0 -
Thanks for letting us know.
