No swipe up\down any more?

Unless I've missed something, there is no swipe up\down functionality any more, but an extra tap is needed to access the menu. Is there a quicker way of accessing the top right menu?

To answer your question, yes, there is now a single menu containing all of the available actions for a resource panel; they're no longer broken up between swipe up and swipe down menus. It should take the same number of taps/swipes as before to show the menu (currently you can either tap on the screen or swipe down to show the pane action bar menu).
