Copy Bible Verses Editing Codes

Hello, I'm having problems using the Copy Bible Verses tool.

When I try to copy a verse into my Outline in MS Word, it doesn't matter how many levels deep I am in said outline, the past function always pushes it to the title heading and highest level. I have tried fiddling with word (ie. keeping source formatting and not keeping it) but to no avail. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Welcome Will,

I had no problem doing this with Word 2007 from Windows. It would help to upload your document (or part), knowing your version of Word, Mac/Windows and what CBV style.

Does it push the new text to the highest level or to the Normal paragraph style? In Word 2011 for Mac, mine always goes to the Normal style.

If you are on Windows, try Logos Smart Tags.

Thanks Dave. I have not tried Smart Tags. But, they would not work for me as I want formatted text to be inserted.
