Essentials for Mobile
I know we use the other site for requesting features, and I have done that too. But since I've seen it come up before, and am not alone, I feel it might be worth pointing out that two features from the desktop app that make perfect sense to have their place in the mobile app are:
- Clippings
- Prayer Lists
I can highlight books and then reopen them on the desktop, navigate by annotation and create clippings, but it would be far more useful to have the ability to make clippings, and access clippings, on our mobile devices.
And given that we're away from our desks at least some of the time, typically with smartphone in our pockets, wouldn't it just make sense to have access to review and add to our prayer lists?
Just a couple of thoughts. I could make an argument for other features too, but I'll leave that for the comment thread.

Thanks for your feedback Jonathan.
At the moment, I don't know of any plans to add Clippings support to the mobile apps, but there is a plan to add some sort of prayer list support in the near future. I can't say to what extent they'll be supported, because I honestly don't know yet, but I do know there's something planned.

Thanks for the info, Drew. Do you know why Clippings would be passed over for the mobile apps?

I do not. All I know is the spec documents I'm given. [:)]
It may still be planned for the future and other upcoming features are a higher priority right now.
