Can't download new resources

I recently purchased a set of resources and received the download notice today. I opened the program, and it automatically started the download (2.12 GB). The download was 47% completed when I started having internet connection issues, so I decided to restart the program.

Now the new resources will not download. Every sync tells me that it has completed and there is nothing new, and the same for updates. Yet there is not a single new resource in my library. I have made sure the option for automatic downloads is selected as well as internet use. I have restarted the program multiples times, and run both manual and automatic syncs.

It's getting late for me, but it is likely someone will request that you enable and post logs. If you are running mac, check my signature line. What version of the app are you running?

Didn't read the logs (it's late here). But did you try typing update resources in the command box? That should do it.

Yes, I tried that. Currently it just says "checking for updates" and never gets anywhere, but earlier today, I tried that and it told me there are no updates available.

Well, when I turned on my computer this morning, there was a Logos icon saying it was downloading updates, and the download was eventually able to complete. Maybe it only does the automatic updates when you restart your computer? I still don't know why the manual updates and syncs didn't work though.

I had similar issue on my PC yesterday, people were commenting on forum of getting downloads of new resources I also purchased on prepub and I wasn't receiving my download no matter what I tried. Woke up this morning, after leaving Logos running all night and the downloads were there. I wonder if they are processed in batches - probably about 18 hours after I first saw people talking about receiving them but I'm not sure at what time the actual download triggered for me - I just put my experience to licenses being process in batches but don't know if that is really what happened.

There are some issues with the Mac environment that just seem to work like this. I have no idea why.

I've wondered the same thing. If so, I don't think it's on Logos' end. I've asked about it before. But it could be on the (cloud) server end (Logos rents/leases space on 3rd party servers for downloads like this - don't ask me to be more specific, because that's about as much as I know). Even living just 20 miles from Logos headquarters, I find that at times it takes a while (hours) for my Logos to pick up the update after a notification in the forums. Other times I get a download before it's announced - seems inconsistent.
