For several weeks the Logos logo has been at the top of my laptop trying to download but it has a continuous pinwheel spinning when i put my curser over it to find out the status of the download. What do i do about that?
Are you on Mac? PC? Have you tried restarting your computer?
Mac, and I have re-started a couple of times.
What is your hard drive space availability?
I think it might be helpful to see logs. Please enable and post logs. See instructions via the link in my signature line.
Although I've restarted this a couple times before, that didn't fix it. But this time it did. It downloaded the update, Indexed and closed out, so its working now.
