iPAD App: Switching between tranlations?
Hi there.
How do I switch between translations of Bible text? I don't want to compare. I use a couple of different translations when reading. How do I switch from, for example, NIV to ESV?
God bless.

Hi Deon, I think the only way you can do this is by opening the first translation you want to read from your library, and then opening the next one you want to read from your library when you've finished with the first.
Another option is to split the screen on your iPad so that you can at least engage with two different translations quickly. For example, you could have the NIV open in the main screen (i.e. with the slider bar all the way at the bottom of the screen), then when you've finished with that, slide the split screen bar all the way to the top of the screen (from the bottom) and have the ESV open in that screen.

Hi Paul-C and thank you for the reply.
I was hoping for an easier way but this will have to do.
Thank you for your time in helping me out.

Hi Deon,
One easy way is in your Desktop Logos software (Mac or PC) to add your 2 favourite translations in the list of Favourites. Then we will find your two favourite translations in the favourites of your iPad

Good suggestion, Laurent.
You could create a favourites folder for your Bibles and navigate to them using the *star* button!

You can have access to your top bibles if you flick up to get to text comparison and then select one of the bibles in the text comparison. This gives you quick access to your top 5 bibles.
If you set them up properly it can be very useful.
Two finger swipe takes you back to the text comparison and then select the next bible.
Hope this helps.
