How do I enter this in a Note?
I am trying to enter a reference to Psalm 4.9 in a Note and it just won't turn into an active link. I have tried Ps 4.9 with a space after, Psalm 4.9.....how is it done? Other scripture verses great!

Peace Don! *smile* verse 9 of NABRE is the same as v. 8 of ESV which I use most ...
I added this note which includes a LogosRes: and it worked for me ....... There are probably better ways of doing this, eh???
I'll be watching this thread with you so I can also learn the "better ways" that might be available ......
In NABRE this is v.9 not 8 - note in NABRE is: [[Psalm 4:8 >> logosres:esv;ref=BibleESV.Ps4.8;off=0;ctx=_and_$E2$80$A2wine_abound._$0A~_8$C2$A0_In_peace_I_will_]]
In peace I will … fall asleep: the last verse repeats two themes in the Psalm. One is the security of one who trusts in the true God; the other is the interior peace of those who sincerely repent ("on [their] beds"), whose sleep is not disturbed by a guilty conscience.
Philippians 4: 4 Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, Rejoice. 5 Let your reasonableness be known to everyone. The Lord is at hand..........

I can't get it to work on a PC either

On a PC, Logos5, in a note, if I put a reference (Matthew 7:21) followed by a space, nothing links. But if I highlight the reference and press [Ctrl+C] [Ctrl+K] [Ctrl+V] [Enter] then it links. I would hate to have to do this for every link.
Looks like a bug to me.

It is ... and a fairly recent one. I'd run into it in another context and hadn't put 2 & 2 together to post "HELP" on the last beta[:$]

Also the only thing that seems to work is spelling out Psalm completely (neither Ps, nor Ps. works - with/without the period). However, when it does work the text color is a dark blue, so it's hard to tell that the hyperlink is there until I hover over.

This will be fixed in the next service release.
There are a couple of workarounds:
1) Paste plain text (of anything) into your note. (Copy it from Notepad to make sure it's plain text, without any formatting whatsoever.) After you do this, automatic reference detection will start working.
2) Select the entire note, copy it to the clipboard, and paste it back in. The formatted should be preserved and all the references will become hyperlinked when they're pasted back in.

Actually, this bug won't be fixed in the next Service Release; this is a different underlying issue.
Your preferred Bible isn't taken into consideration when performing reference detection; only the "default" English Bible versemap. This default versemap doesn't contain Ps 4:9, so the reference is considered to be invalid. I'm filing a bug on this.

OK, this was noted as fixed in the Release notes for 5.2a, I must be missing as I have tried all of these combinations and none of them turn into a link to a Bible - am I doing something wrong?

I just tried this and see the same problem - but its not totally consistent.
Probably 70% of the time I don't get a link but sometimes I do!
As Richard pointed out above, entering the entire book name - as opposed to an abbreviation - seems to work.
Looks like this has slipped back in in some way.
