Manual
I just purchased an IPAD and installed the APP. Is there an online manual that has information regarding all of the functions? The videos in the support were very limited.
Thanks
Mark

I clicked on the 'Help' and that sent me to the Logos site. It was really helpful.
Actually the totality of my iOS Logos training was from Dan ... the 2-finger trick. But it's worked nice.

the 2-finger trick.
Denise means that you can scroll the text (instead of a page turn) by using a "two finger swipe" up or down. This is very handy when you want to highlight a section that spans two pages... you can adjust the text so that its on a single page.

Hi Mark,
Thanks for your post.
Are there any specific issues that you have questions about?
Just so you know, the Logos Mobile team has been working hard on making both the iOS and Android apps more user friendly, and in the near future Logos will be shipping completely redesigned apps for both platforms that we believe will be much easier to use.
Because of factors beyond my control, I can't give an exact date of when the newly redesigned apps will ship but I expect it will happen before the new year.

Mark,
John Fallahee put together a training video for the Logos iPad app that is available at his website to download for a very small fee. I cannot link to it but will say that his website name is learnlogos. It is well worth a look.

Thanks everyone,
After playing around with it for a bit, I seem to know enough to use.
For what its worth the APP works really well on the new IPAD air. The picture is great, and its seems fast.
Thanks again

They really do need some sort of manual for the apps.
I was reading another thread on a lady taking Logos marketing copy seriously. But she wanted to look up Strongs words.
Being the immense dummy I am, I thought, gee. That'd be great for me too. I stay off line. Having a simple lookup would be great off line without use of the BWS.
It was downhill from there. First, I found the correct KJV to use (checking in my Logos5 of course). And indeed it does look up words. Good. So the next problem was a Strongs dictionary to put below my KJV. I never did figure that out. 'Text comparison' is occupying the lower panel. Not sure how that happened and no amount of playing around could get rid of it.
But then I thought, well maybe a BWS might be in order. And indeed, online that worked. Unfortunately I couldn't figure out how to get the Bible text back.
At that point, I decided to return to 'Primitive Conceptions of Death and the Nether World' where Logos iOS works absolutely great. Just 'read'.
