Downloading the ESV, SBL etc onto my iPad
Hello, I've just bought Logos 5 Bronze package for my Mac, I also have the app on my iPad.
I was using the iPad app prior to the purchase of Logos 5 and it allowed me to test it out, using the ESV, SBL and basic greek tools etc but only online (couldn't download). Since purchasing the package and setting up on my laptop the iPad app now allows me to download most of my new library, but when I tried to download the books I most want to carry around, the ESV, SBL and a smattering of other books, it won't let me, saying they are only available online as they are not a part of my library. I figured the package maybe didn't include these books, but they are part of my library on the laptop (available offline) and when I try to purchase them separately on the website it won't allow me to select them, presumably because I already own them. It just seems like the app is confused about whether I own the ESV, SBL etc or not... am I right? Is there any way to reset it? I've tried turning the iPad off and on again!
Sorry if this is a stupid question, I'm still getting to grips with the software!

Hi Adam - and welcome to the forums.
you should be able to download ESV, etc to the app.
i suggest you force-kill the app and restart it.
if that doesn't do it the next step would be to delete the app and reinstall it, but that would involve redownloading anything you have downloaded already
hope this helps

I would recommend deleting the logos app from your ipad and reinstalling it.

Thanks for the swift responses, I tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it and it seems to have worked, It's let me download the ESV and SBL now!
