Android app keeps crashing
I'm running 4.0.8.1 (Build 162).
I'm trying to read the book of Jeremiah in the TNIV. Every time I navigate anywhere between about Jer 2:35 and the end of Jer 3, either by scrolling, paging, or jumping directly to a verse reference, the app crashes. I'm not sure if there's a way to get log files to post.
One possibly interesting data point is that it looks like my TNIV is stuck at only 71% downloaded. But I can jump to Jer 4 just fine, or Ezekiel, or Matt 5. So I don't think the crash is happening because I'm trying to access a part of the resource that hasn't been downloaded yet.
EDIT: Sorry about the huge image size; I posted this from my phone. Fixed now.

Hi Rosie
I can reproduce this and I don't have the TNIV downloaded at all
Support info is attached
(To post logs, go to Help from the menu, select "Send Support Info" and change the Logos email address to yours, then post the zip file you will receive in the thread)

As described in this thread I have had constant crashes with build 162. I rolled back to 160, which is better but still crashes some.
Someone in that thread suggested disabling wifi. I haven't had a chance to try that out it, but I suspect it might help.

This particular problem persists when in airplane mode
(To verify that I downloaded TNIV first!)

How can you do this after the app crashes, though? I tried clicking on the Send Report button when the app stopped working, and it took me to some Google permissions page in a foreign language (first time I tried it, it was in Chinese, second time it was in Spanish!!) so I figured it was going to send the report to Google, and that wouldn't help anybody, so I cancelled out of it.

How do you roll back to a previous release?

I did it after starting the app up again.
I think, but haven't had it confirmed, that this is ok - unlike on the desktop software where the logs are overwritten.

OK, that's what I was concerned about. I'd want to have it confirmed before I trusted it for sure.

That is not download percent but a summary of your reading progress through the plan you created..

I download the .APK from Logos's site, not the app store. I already had 160 download so I just reinstalled it. (I've given Android permission to install non-store apps.)
160 crashes some for me, but not nearly as much as 162 did. As far as I can tell, it's only crashed when I've been connected to an active wifi source, but I haven't really used it enough the last few days to know for sure.
