I'm having issue today where the program doesn't start..
the splash icon would appear for few second, then just disappear with nothing happening..

The wiki states FontCache3.0.0.0.dat which you do not appear to have.
Restart the computer & see if that solves the problem, other wise we need to see logs.
I couldn't create the logs because I never could see the sign-in screen.
I've tried saving the Javascript in the folder and clicking it, but my logos program just doesn't want to open..
any other solution?

Mike, did you try calling tech support? They might be your best option.
yupe, I called Level 2 Tech Support.. The guy did a remote-control-screen support.
Apparently there was an issue with the " .NET " which requires windows update
after windows update, everything was normal.
