When will Logos have an app for windows phones?
When more people are using Windows phones. The market share is too small to invest in Windows phone, and I don't think that the tablets are selling either. Maybe this holiday will be different. The platform is really clean and simple, but not enough people are choosing wp.

That depends on where you are in the world. Europe looks streets ahead of the US in terms of market share with over 10% and less than 5% in those respective markets.
