I bought the Galaxie Software history collection which included a version of the Early Church Fathers
Did you have the Early Church Fathers resource just installed on Libronix or did you have it installed on either Logos 4 or Logos 5?
1. I know it was very important with 3.0 and earlier to back up licenses every time a book or collection was added. Do I still need to keep the last license file or has that been incorporated into the new system?
No, licence details are maintained on Logos servers
2. Is the Libronix file for that book (or collection) available for download somewhere? If I find the file somewhere and scan its location, should my Logos 5 recognize/import it?
There is a download site at ftp://ftp.logos.com/lbxbooks/ but this is primarily for getting resources into Libronix
The key thing is to ensure the licences are registered in Logos 5 - that should cause the resources to be loaded automatically.
3. What resources do I need to be sure to back up now? I've been using Logos since 2.0, at least since 2000.
With Logos 4 / 5 holding copies of all your resources and user-created documents in the cloud (with the exception of personal books you may have created) in one sense there is no requirement to backup anything. However, I and many others, do regularly back up the Logos area on my drive as an extra level of security.
4. Is there a way to extract a list of books I have licensed so I can compare it to the books I have loaded?
Not a supported mechanism that I am aware of. However, if you type the command "update now" Logos should check the licence details they are holding for you against the resources you have downloaded and download any which are missing.
5. How do I make paragraphs in the forum? Sorry about the mess - if I find out how I will edit and fix it.
This is an issue which affects some people at some times - often varying with browser
Which browser on which OS are you using to access the forum?

It's not foolproof, but logging into biblia.com will give you a list of most of the resources you have licenced (although older/discontinued resources are less likely to show up there).

The "had" is maybe the issue.
When running a live installation of Libronix, all you need to do is to use the menu command "Synchronize licences" (under tools) and it will sync up to the Logos licence server everything you can use in Libronix - except the old, html-based PBBs - and will sync down the licences and unlock books you may have bought in the meantime.
L4/5 will then upon start automatically download every resource you are lacking. Many people use this as a convenient, self-directed way to bring resources from 3rd party CD-ROMs into L4/5.
