Lookup and the new Logos App Question

I thought that under the previous app the Lookup function worked even if we did not have online access. Am I right? I noticed than under the new app the only way the Lookup works is IF I am connected to the internet.

Regardless if it was that way under the previous Logos app, I would love to be able to use the lookup work with out Internet access based on the available resources I have downloaded to the iPad.

Nope... well, not really. "Lookup," in the sense of bible word studies, requires an internet connection because the search is performed on the Logos servers. When an internet connection isn't present, "lookup" utilizes the iOS (not Logos) dictionary. NOTE: in iOS 7, you must manually add a dictionary. Apple has given users more choices over dictionaries, but there isn't one available by default.

Thanks. That's too bad because I want to use my logos dictionaries.

It be nice if Logos will allow us to lookup using what we have loaded in the Logos app when there is no connection. When there is a connection it can then do the Word Study search. That would be really helpful.
