OT: Please pray for me

Hi all,

I woke up thismorning and the Right hand side of my face looked like I has had a stroke.

After church I went to see my Doctor, who tells me I have "Bell's palsy" and that I cant work this week, being a delivery driver (on the run up to christmas) its a real nightmare, if i was to drive my insurance would be as I understand invailid in case of an accident.

I wonder if you would be kind enough to pray for me that I make a full and speedy recovery, as from what I read it can be up to a year, but we have the Master physician so would like you to pray its days reather than months..

Just prayed for you.

I will pray for you and fast at times over this week. If it is Bell's Palsy, the prognosis is very good even though I know it must have been frightening for you to start having the symptoms. Take good care of your eye on the affected side until you are better since difficulty blinking and lower tear production might make it dry.

Praying here in Michigan. They say that it can be brought on by a combination of stress and a virus. My daughter had it but was well within a week or so.

I had a friend who had this and made a complete recovery, but it did take a few months if I recall. Praying in Vancouver that your case is milder and goes away on its own much more quickly.

Depending on the cause, prognosis is usually very good...but we don't trust in chances, but the Lord. So I'm taking your cares to Him now
