Hi Craig - and welcome to the forums
It crashes at start up, blank layout also crashed.
The logs show that you have a corrupt database - C:\Users\Craig\AppData\Local\Logos4\Data\a5hs0pvl.zp5\ResourceManager\ResourceManager.db
I suggest you rename this while Logos isn't running and then restart Logos which should recreate the database.
This is not my computer; thus, I prefer not to upgrade to 5.
Noted this is not your computer but it looks as though you have a Logos installation there. Is there another Logos installation on the same computer? Just trying to understand why upgrading to Logos 5 isn't an option.
Graham
Thank you Mr. Criddle,
I am the "IT Technician" so I needed permission before updating Craig's Software. Which he gave to me now, so I did update and the problem persisted.
I made the change you mentioned and the software worked, but now the indexer throws errors. The application actually opens, yet what seems like an endless stream of errors appear on the screen.
Here are the new logs:
0702.Logos Log Files.zip
To get a better idea of what is happening I need the detailed Logos.log and LogosIndexer.log, so start Logos with the CTRL key held and upload the folder after it crashes.
Dave,
here are the latest logs. The ones on the post before your post were also relevant to the current errors.
- Thank you

The latest logs show no crashes and that 2x file lock conflicts were overcome (as opposed to causing a crash).
Craig, have there been any further issues?
