I recently purchased the Megapack and some items are not available on the ipad. Eg, the George Whitefield collection. Am I doing something wrong?
It looks like some might have been inadvertently not "mobile enabled." Logos will need to address this issue. Here is my mobile screen shot:
Here is the product page:
Do you know of others missing?
FYI - some resources are not mobile enabled, but the vast majority of those resources are due to publisher restrictions. These public domain works should not fall into that category.
I went straight to the George Whitefield collection and haven't checked any others yet. I checked the product page before I posted and they are listed as mobile enabled. However, I find it quite rare that books are not available for mobile.
i was only able to find two out of five volumes of The History Of the Puritans.
The four volumes of "The history of the English baptists" doesn't seem to be available on the iPad
Like most garage sales eager to palm off some items noone really wants or needs, there may be items missing.

I don't think there are any publisher restrictions on the resources in the Mega Pack. I believe there may be an issue with new resource metadata not being fully indexed in the library. Try this: enter rebuild index (all lowercase) in the reference box on the home page and keep the app open until the library has finished reindexing. Don't put the app in the background or let the device go to sleep. A "preparing your library" cell may or may not show up on the home page. My iPad 3 indexes at about 50 resources per second, so do the math for your own library.
Thanks Dave, that did the trick.
Hi Dave
Thanks for that - it caused the titles I was looking for to appear.
I didn't know this command was available - appreciated
Graham

Mine did not. The first attempt seemed not to work, but a second one did.
