Instantly Shutting Down...

Good morning,

I love the new updates! I am up early this morning preparing our presentation. I used the "New Years Presentation" and when I clicked on "Survey", it immediately shut down. It will not reopen; well, it does reopen but it immediately gives me an error message and will not allow me to edit anything else.

Please advise me on what I should do.

You may have a corrupt resource. Try holding down the Control key while launching L5. Then select "Open to a blank layout". Logs will be required before any further troubleshooting. Perhaps one of the Windows users can tell you how to collect logs in that OS.

Thank you Jack. I will try that. I'll figure out how to get my logs as well.

On a related note, the last time this happened, I had one of my team members pull up the presentation on their computer and they just deleted the slide with no problem.

The program is letting me back in now, but I will have to really be paying attention today so that I won't lose the whole presentation live, lol. Thank you again!
