Updates have been done.
Crashes quite often when i try to zoom in an image.
Program Version: 4.6c SR-6 (4.63.0.0400)
Error ID: 9924Error detail: OverflowException: TimeSpan overflowed because the duration is too long.
We need a lot more detail than that, so please describe where the image comes from, what version of Logos, etc. Also provide some logs of the crash as per http://wiki.logos.com/Diagnostic_Logging (ensure we get Logos.log as well as the crash and error logs).
3531.Logos4Error.rar
The wiki article advises zipping (.zip) the folder as that is native to Windows and available on Mac's.
Without the detail requested in my previous post I would recommend you update to the free Logos 5 engine (you are running on Windows 8) as that is likely to fix the issue as well as provide additional functionality.
2465.Logos Log Files.rar
Crashes when i move mouse with left click pressed to move the image or timeline.
Tested on another pc with Logos 5. Same crash.
This is not an error I've seen before. Like Dave, I would first recommend the free Logos 5 update to see if that fixes the crash: https://www.logos.com/installation
If that doesn't fix it, we can investigate further.
Can you post logs from that Logos 5 machine, so we can verify that it's exactly the same?
0310.Logos Log Files.rar
Logos 5 log files.
I notice that in your Logos4Error.log, seven separate crashes happened at 2014-01-05 00:00:00 +02:00. In LogosError.log, two different crashes both happened at 2014-01-07 00:00:00 +02:00.
This seems to indicate that something on your computer is setting the clock back to midnight local time. This is highly likely to be the cause of the crashes; I recommend disabling whatever is doing this.
I will check it.
Thank you for the reply.
