BUG: Remove Duplicate removes files with different names and sizes

I'm using Logos 3.0g. I thought that file names are unique and identifies the resource. How can Libronix 3 confuse EIRBIB (Spanish resource) with ENCYCHRQUO (English resource) with a huge file size difference? (NOTE: I've Logos 4 installed on my system as well.)

Apparently for this resource the internal names are the same, we don't see the internal names, only the computer does. This is one for Logos to fix.
