Unpaginated Favorites?

Hey all,

Is there a way to put a resource into your favorites without it saving to open to a particular page on the iphone? I would like to save my best commentaries in a prioritized order so that they open up to whatever passage I am working on at the moment. I don't want them to open up to the particular location they were in when I saved them to my favorites. Is this possible?

Thanks!

Liam - sorry, this isn't possible. It's a good idea but I don't think you would find it under "favorites," which are really like bookmarks. I know that others have wanted to have prioritized commentary series on mobile.

Just found that with the updates on the moble app (at least for ios) you can now do this. Items from your favorites from your desk top are transferred to the non-mobile favorites in the favorites menu of the app! So to go to your favorite commentaries you can simply put them in prioritized order in your favorites and when you open them up in the second window in the mobile app they will link to your Bible in the first window!

This definitely works for single volume commentaries, but I haven't checked if this works for multi-volume collections (still waiting for my device to sync the new favorites) but I'll check when it finishes!

Unfortunately this doesn't work with multivolume commentaries. Hoping Logos' moble passage guide will one day sync with prioritized resources in the full program, (or include author in the description), since so many commentaries have the generic name "commentary on _____" and are almost indistinguishable from eachother by title in the guide. Works great for the single volume ones for now though!
