Does anyone have an idea when logos might breakup their massive and expensive biblical languages set.
Hopefully soon![y]
Out of interest, which of the volumes in this set are users looking forward to buying?
I might be interested in the Hebrew Language Cards and the Van Pelt Hebrew book but that depends on the price.

Probably about the same time the New Interpreter's resources arrive. [;)]
slightly off-topic but,
Does anyone know what happened to The Biblical Languages Update (34 vols.)?
I'd jump on Basics of Biblical Greek Grammar by William D. Mounce if they'd split up the collection. My suspicion is though that the decision isn't Logos' but rather Zondervan's.
I think Google met its match with the 'Biblical Languages Update'. Unless Google has a secret stash of internet pages (which it probably does).

I had this Update in my Pre-Pub orders. Strange thing is, it has no SKU#.
I am now curious what 34 volumes they could add to the already large Zondervan Biblical Languages Collection.
Why would it be Zondervan's decision, and not Logos'? Zondervan doesn't sell huge bundles through any other company, print or electronic. You can buy Basics of Biblical Greek Grammar stand-alone on another software platform. Mass bundling is almost exclusively a Logos thing.

It was not an additional 34 volumes. It was the same set as the 35 volumes minus Greek Grammar Beyond the Basics for those that already owned that title from when it was available from Galaxie.

Thank you for reminding me. You are so correct. That explains the lack of a SKU#.
I'm not sure of the details or how it works, but I thought I read in another thread that oftentimes publishers put limits on how Logos can sell a product. For some reason I thought there was a different Zondervan collection (maybe the Counterpoint series) that people wanted split up but Logos couldn't until Zondervan approved it. But I could very easily be wrong.
Maybe one of our forum MVPs can better weigh in on if Logos is bound by publishers on when they can split a bundle?
Same publisher, so possibly the same scenario.
Hey, we are volunteers, not Logos employees. As KS4J comments MVP = Many Volunteer Posts. Sometimes we can be helpful; sometimes our comments…
You are absolutely right. You take time out of your busy lives, ministries and family time to freely help us. I, as many, many others are, am truly grateful and appreciative for all your help.

Hey Super, looks like some of the books from the Biblical Languages Update have been broken up. See http://community.logos.com/forums/p/41600/569626.aspx#569626
