Signals and following presentations

I have been running the software for almost a year and in the last month we have not been receiving the signals to phones.

I not only set up the slides weekly but also set up any, who ask, phones. When searching near by groups I locate our church but a list of past presentations that have been long deleted >3months, show up in the list but the current doesn't. this has now become an issue for all, including myself. I preach only about 2-3 times a quarter and was hoping to poll the audience during the service. I have checked the location service times and even with my own which has always worked does not show any current presentations.

An issue was identified Monday which affected Android devices ability to follow signals. This issue was present from 1/16 - 1/27 (two Sundays). Have you been testing solely on Android devices?

The youth pastor and his wife are on iphone4s, not able to get signals or see current presentations. I am on a samsung galaxy tab3 10.1 and htc evo 3D. I now the androids have had the issue for the last month, I wasnt paying attention before that, was running software from phone app. Able to control without issues.

I'm happy to help you troubleshoot. You mentioned you already checked the presentation location was set to within 1000 meters of the mobile device trying to follow it. Next I would have you try another test using your Samsung tablet, now that previously existing bug has been fixed. If that still doesn't work then I'd have you verify the app you're using to follow signals is configured to follow allow this (it's in the settings menu). If that still doesn't work we can take a look at the specific presentation you're trying to use and debug from there.

Location is good, you can find us but not a current presentation. I will be working at the church tonight 6-7prep and 7-830service central time. Can go through it best at that time.

@scott alexander everything was working tonight. On a side note is anyone aware of how Psalms verses are all off by one verse on the on-screen - bibles.

I'm not seeing it. Could you provide a specific example reference along with the Bible version you're using?

I have found it with old king james, nlt and esv. The last verse I used was psalms 78:7-8 and the onscreen bible showed 6-7 nlt. So far translation hasnt been an issue. If you can pull up my presentations you will see the presentation "jan 26" has psalms 78 near the end. If I am doing something wrong I dont know it. When using the same verse in a regular bible verse slide it comes in correct but the onscreen bible is off.
