Of course everyone will have their own opinion but here would be some of my top choices in no particular order of priority:

Baker New Testament Commentary: Philippians - Hendriksen
A Handbook on Paul’s Letter to the Philippians - Loh and Nida
Paul’s Letter to the Philippians - Fee
Baker Exegetical Commentary on the New Testament: Philippians - Silva

Is not much of a verse-by-verse commentary, but I'm definitely enjoying D.A. Carson's "Basics for Believers: An Exposition of Philippians" You can then use the others that have been suggested for more indepth study.

New Beacon Bible Commentary on Philippians by Flemming is very good.
