On Air License

I am having a problem with my on air license. I have seen this in other post but can't see to get it resolved by reading the other post. I have record of purchasing the license but when I try to log in to the software with my Logo's account it's not showing anything and says I need to purchase a license.

    I'm taking a look at your account and I'm not seeing the issue. I see you have a valid license through February.

    What do you mean by "not showing anything"?

    What happens when you try to go on air? Does it prompt you to purchase an on air license or something else?
