Undownload/Delete downloaded books
When I first bought my iPad, I didn't have cellular data on it, so I downloaded all my Logos books (obsessively, I might add--any time I acquired a new resource, I had to go Download All again).
Now I have cell data on the iPad, so I don't particularly care about having the books stored locally. I'd like to reclaim the 19 GB of data that I've downloaded.
I went into my desktop app months ago and unchecked "iPad" for every resource that had it checked except for two books.
Yet iOS claims that Logos is still using 19GB. I'm sure I can delete and reinstall the app to reclaim the space, but is there a way to encourage the iOS Bible app to sync with my latest library info and remove all those downloaded books?

Since we're all stumped, I decided to delete and reinstall the app.
But it still does raise the question about what the point of the little checkbox in Logos 5 is doing there. I presume they tested it for downloading books, but I wonder if removing downloads was properly tested.

I do. My first device was my phone (google Galaxy Nexus), then I added my iPad. What I find interesting (and what may be the source of the issue) is that my iPad is on there a second time with it's Hotspot name. I do not see this second name in Logos 5. I'm guessing it appeared after I started my cellular service (ironically, the reason I didn't want/need the downloaded books anymore) and set up my iPad to share the cellular data with other devices.

Apple has changed how device identifiers can be used between the last few versions of iOS. Consequently, if you upgraded your device from iOS 6 to iOS 7, the app may have registered a new device and the record of what was downloaded may not have been transferred to the new device registration, depending on a few variables. If that's the case, unchecking the boxes in Logos 5 wouldn't cause the resource to be removed from the device because the app thinks it's on a new/different device. It's unfortunately complicated.
