Title not available on Android
I think I heard somewhere that some titles in one's logos collection could not be viewed using the android app due to licensing issues. I have come across a title in my collection that appears in Logos 5 - PC library, but not visible when I search for it using either one of my android devices. I have the latest version of the android app on both devices.
The title: On Being Witnesses, Kritzinger and Saayman.

That is correct
On the product page it will show if a resource is available on the mobile platform as per the screenshot below (see the box highlighted in red)
The title: On Being Witnesses, Kritzinger and Saayman.
This particular resource does not show it being available on mobile which explains what you are seeing.
What we don't know is the reason it is unavailable but - in general - as you note it is to do with licencing.

Super fast response. Thanks for the clarification there. That's the first one I've noticed with that licensing issue.

I believe the vast majority of Logos works are mobile ready. I know it is well above 90% anyway, but there are a few older works yet to make it. Logos I believe is trying to pursue rights for all of it's items it still sells but that being said sometimes publishers just won't budge and one has to remember this is likely not a top priority thing. They just pop up now and then, the old Barclay Daily study Bible and the Old Testament Daily study Bible series just popped up on the mobile devices one day which was a very pleasant surprise, so Logos is trying to work on items they no longer sell too...
