Is it possible to "jump" to the BDAG entry for a particular Greek word based on verse?
![Rich L](https://us.v-cdn.net/6038263/uploads/avatar/n126426.jpg)
I have Logos 5 setup to open BDAG when I double click on a Greek word to find the lexical entry for a particular Greek word. The BDAG often has multiple lexical entries for some words and I find myself searching through the entry to see if I can find the verse I just clicked from for that entry.
My friend's Bibleworks not only goes to the lexical entry but jumps to the verse that the BDAG suggests as the meaning for that word but, when I click on the word from Logos, I am not taken to the suggested meaning. Is there anything I can set to not only jump to the entry but the particular meaning the BDAG has for that verse?

You can use sympathetic highlighting to quickly show where your verse is cited in the BDAG article. See the red boxes in this screen capture.

Here is a shot of how I do it for three lexica at once. Notice that this is a "Basic" "Search" with the red target in the upper right corner signifying "Send searches here".
Prioritize your lexica in "Library", click on your word in your Greek text, click on "Search Result" (under the triangle, third from left near the top of your lexicon in the second shot below), and you'll be there.

I'm not seeing the screenshot...

I'm sorry about the screen shots, Rich. I tried again, and failed on that attempt, too. Hoping the description will be a helpful supplement to David's post. Because of the effects of chemotherapy I don't have the energy to try again on the shots! Grace, mercy and peace to all hands.

Lexicons can be linked together so double clicking a Greek word causes headword change for linked lexicons and updates verse location. Also, each lexicon can have "Links to open panels" checked that highlights verse location in lexicon:

Steve, wishing you all the best for your health!
OT: Regarding screenshots, one needs to have them as a file in jpg or png format and add them by using the paperclip icon:

We all tend to be a bit on the lazy side. In this case, it sounds nice to be able to go directly to the meaning which BDAG considers applicable to a particular passage (and it probably is), but there is much to be learned by plowing through the various glosses and definitions looking up the passages and seeing the context in which a meaning is likely for a passage. If you just want a gloss or definition, L & N will give that to you on click, but I would encourage you to do the work required.

To be clear for others, it is "Links to open panels" that needs to be selected rather than "Sympathetic highlighting". It took me a while to figure it out.

Thanks for correcting my error. I stand corrected.
