Copy Bible Verses from Android app

I have found the Copy function does work on my Acer A500 tablet.  When I select text in a resource and tap copy, a dialogue box pops up momentarily saying 'Copied to clipboard'.  I use the Documents To Go app, and in a Word type document, I hit the Options menu, then Edit and Paste from there.

I don't have experience with any other document apps to say how they work.

I use a Samsung Galaxy 3 Tab and it is easy to copy verses. Just highlight what you want, and a box pops up with various options, including 'copy'. Works perfectly.

Sometimes the text I need to copy advances to the next screen, I can't select all text at once. How could I select and copy it? Other than selecting and copying twice...
