Page numbers in New Dictionary of Biblical Theology

I don't think you are missing anything Kevin as I don't think it has page numbers. Some resources are like that and since it is a dictionary it is not that critical.

It is critical if you need to cite the page number for your doctoral thesis! [;)] Fortunately, I also have it in print, but if not I would have been very frustrated. I understand that many of the lexicons do not have page numbers which is not a problem, because it is considered reasonable to simply cite the lexicon in reference to a word because the reader can easily find that word in the lexicon if they want to follow your reference. But the New Dictionary of Biblical Theology is filled with long articles. It is not a dictionary in the sense of a lexicon.

Sounds like either your adviser or style manual has missed an update. Yeah, its hard to find the release info on the adviser.
