Am I reading the book description correctly that the Logos edition will be the first time this work is available in English?
Yes.
His Theological Lexicon of the NT has been available for some time in Logos.
This isnt Logos only translation work that is lagging. It seems like all but Vos is having a hard time.
At least it is pretty close to the under contract point. I am hoping it gets done soon too..
