Program Hangs After Doing Passage Guide Search and trying to Quit Program

I was doing a Passage Guide search and when I quit the program, the program would not quit and just pinwheel. Can anyone help me?

The logs show no crash, and show that logging was not enabled. Enable logging as per https://www.logos.com/support/logos5/mac/problem , reproduce the problem and upload the logs.

The funny thing is that I did turn on logged as per instructed in the link. Anyways, I will try again and see if it crashes again.
