I have dragged some of the commands (e.g. close all, facilitate serendipitous discovery, update now, etc.) onto the shortcut bar for convenience and was wondering if it is possible to assign a unique (or even custom) icon or label to each shortcut as, at a glance, they all look identical (two arrows overlaid). I know that I can hover the mouse over the shortcut in order to display the tag, but thought it would be easier and more convenient if the shortcuts were distinctive from one another. Apologies if this is an obvious question, but I have tried right clicking and it seems that the only options are 'open' or 'delete'.
Also I have created a series of folders under favourites assigned to specific topics (sermon series, etc.). I use these to organise my reading, notes and clippings. I was wondering if it is possible to somehow store my layouts in these folders? I have tried dragging and this does not seem to work. I have already renamed my working layouts, but the list is growing long and is already becoming difficult to follow.
Finally, I usually produce sermon/study notes and blogs in Word documents. It would be great if I could drag the related Word documents into Logos and store them (or a link) in the relevant file (under favourites). This doesn't seem to be possible (but this could just be my ignorance), I was wondering if anyone knew a convenient workaround?
Apologies if these are really obvious questions and I fully accept that I may well be having a thick moment (or, more likely, a series of thick moments). I am fairly new to the Logos thing, I picked up version 3 shortly before Logos 4 was launched and feel like I am playing double catch up.
Thanks in anticipation!
