Error loading book...could not load specified book

I don't know if it is related... it isn't the same scenario... See THIS post. My solution to the OP was to delete and reinstall the app. No big deal if you DON'T have many downloaded resources.

I don't think my issue is the same.

Edit: I really don't want to reinstall the app if I don't have to because I have quite a few books on two different iPads that tooks a while to download in the first place.

Here are 4 more books. Note that all of them are Vyrso books.

Do you have any other the other logos apps? Have you tried downloading the resources to one of those?

Yes, I tried using Vyrso and I can't even search for any of the books except for "Into the Free" which downloaded successfully. There is definitely something strange going on here.

Please try this: on the Home page enter "rebuild index" (all lower case) in the Reference field and wait a few minutes, then try finding those resources again in your library.  Let me know how it goes.

Thanks for the suggestion Kevin. I did as you said. Could you clarify that it is normal that after I type "rebuild index" there nothing visible that is happening in the background? For instance, I could not see anything happening like a status bar for indexing or such. Also, just to clarify, you don't want me to use the quotation marks around the words. Right? I didn't use quotes, typed this and waited 10 minutes, then I tried to load one of the books and received the same message - "Error loading book - could not load the specified book"

I was having trouble yesterday with some new purchases. the first page would come up but when I swiped for next page I was told the resource was a unavailable. 

This is exactly my situation except

1. They are not new books
2. Most books are fine but not some

I found that by downloading the book to the iPad I was able to read it.

What I said above applied to books that I had already downloaded but could no longer access

Please send us your support info and explain the situation in your email.  I'm unable to reproduce this issue, unfortunately.  You have attempted restarting the apps?

Okay Kevin, I have spent a while trying to solve the problem and I think I understand more about what is going on with these books. I think it is a cover issue.

I tired doing what you suggested and even restarted the iPad and it still had issues and the error message comes up.

But...(and here is a work-a-round solution). When I go to library and choose a book the cover comes up. If, instead of trying to scroll to the next page, I choose "cover" in the upper right corner, the "table of contents" comes up and I can choose any chapter I want. Then I can scroll back to the cover and then back to the chapter and it will still works.

But...if I go to the "table of contents" and choose "cover" it returns to the cover and the message comes up again and I can't scroll forward. I was able to repeat this with each of the books that were not working. There is something in the cover that is causing this bug.

If you want me to explain things more please let me know exactly what you want me to tell you and who to email it to.
