Will the video sound reset automatically for any reason?
When we went to play the inserted video, there was no sound - later discovered the onscreen video sound setting within the video.
Previous video in pre-service loop played ok.
It shouldn't. Does this happen with every video, or only certain videos? What steps did you follow to lead to this happening?
