How would I do a clause search finding every ref to Jesus as a bridegroom?
The nearest I can think of is doing a search for "Person:A bridegroom" and working through the results
This doesn't find all passages which you might be looking for - it doesn't, for example, find Rev 21:2 where (at least implicitly) Jesus is being referred to as a bridegroom (even though that isn't the actual word used) but that is understandable.
What is less understandable (and it looks to be a tagging issue) is that Rev 21:2 isn't found if you do a clause search for "a husband" or "a bride"!
Thanks Graham. I am not sure why this wouldn't be an easy find with the clause search. I guess you can't beat the basic word search.
I even looked up Jesus in the bible facts:person search and under 'referred to as' they have every designation except for bridegroom. Major oversight, since it's such a massive revelation concerning who he is and how he feels. Just a thought.

It basically comes down to a tagging issue.
I have reported the tagging I referenced in Revelation above - hopefully someone from Logos will comment on this thread as well
