I just pre-ordered Tom Schreiner's; The King in His Beauty: A Biblical Theology of the Old and New Testaments, and was wondering why we can not put a pre-pub in our wish list?

mm.
OK, Milkman. I'm still recovering from your little old ladies with coins. That explains why the painters got so mad.
Now 'why' would would you like to wishlist pre-pubs? Maybe more manageable that the account orders?
Just like to have that option. Takes the 'pressure' off if I decide I don't want the book after it went into print and my card got charged.
So you didn't like the little ole' ladies thang huh?
Sorry couldn't resist [:#]
I take it that you want to put works in your wishlist at prepub prices. Sorry, Charlie, but it doesn't work that way since Logos needs subscribers to the prepubs who are actually going to buy the product when it come out. You can put it in your wishlist as soon as it ships, but it won't be at the prepub price.

Because that's when I most need the wishlist!
I check all new prepubs, and I find loads of stuff I'd like, but not right then. Perhaps it's in a bundle and I only want one book. Or perhaps it's a commentary upgrade which I expect to be able to buy cheaper when it's added to the set. Or perhaps I'm counting on it to be included in a base package. Or perhaps I only want it if I ever find time to research that particular subject, or if my Greek or Hebrew ever gets good enough. Or perhaps it's just too expensive. Either way I want to remember it for later. But Logos won't let me! So I forget about half of them, and they never get added to the wishlist. Which usually means they never get bought.
This is one of the most urgent fixes needed on the website! I wonder how much Logos loses in sales because it isn't there.

@ George,
No, I really don't care that much about prices. If I want the book I'll get it no matter the cost. I would just like to have that "option" Makes for good planning and not having to wonder....
"um now let me see, I wonder what that pre-pub book I saw 15 months ago was? I sure liked it and really want to buy it, but I forget what it was. I sure wish I had put that pre-pub in my wish list so I could now buy it. Oh yeah right we don't have a wish list for pre-pubs. Oh well I guess Logos won't get my money and I won't be as smart as some of my fellow Logos users are."
So you see there are a host of advantages for having a wish list option: 1) I get my book anyway 2) Logos makes more sales 3) I get smarter and 4) the Logos web platform looks prettier.
This would make me a happy milkman!
Yes ... but to be a happy milkman, you have to not sin (else the bottle becomes empty and you could only be a bottleman).
I can understand a better approach to the community pricing page on ones account. I OFTEN delete only to add back and so forth (illustrating fence-sitting). I'd wonder about a CP on the wishlist page, due to non-forum folks that don't read about milkmen (which is quite educational).
@ Denise LOL
Who ya callin' a bottleman, eh?
