ESV Bible Doesn't Download to my iOS devices
I recently purchased the ESV Study Bible for Logos. Both the Bible and the study notes downloaded and installed fine on my Mac, but on my iPad and iPhone only the study notes were available for download. The ESV is available, but requires an internet connection to work. When I got to the book info tab to download it, "Download" is greyed out and a message below it states: "This book is only available online because it is not part of your book library." I purchased it (not just the study notes but the complete ESV Study Bible), how can I download it, so I can read it when I don't have an internet connection?

I take it you are using the Logos app and not Faithlife app.
In Library search for English Standard Version. Press the (i) button to the right of the book and it should download to you iPad.

Yes, I'm using the Logos app. I have taken the steps you recommended many, many times. It never works. Every time time presented with the greyed out download button and a message below stating that the book only is available online because it's not part of my library. This goes for both my iPad and iPhone.

I would try deleting the app and reinstallng. Note: you will have to redownload your resources. You might end up needing to call Logos.

We're taking a look at correcting this issue, hopefully in the next stable release. Purchasing any "free" book included with the app ends up causing this problem on iOS (the issue doesn't occur on Android).

Kevin, last week i purchased some Gordon Fee books as part of LMM14. All of them appear in Verbum app, but three don't appear in Logos or FSB apps. I have closed, refreshed, rebooted. I have not yet reinstalled. Thght you might like to know...these are not purchases of free version books.
I like Apples. Especially Honeycrisp.

Still, that was odd behavior, and slightly different circumstance than the OP. I have not yet reinstalled FSB
