Any reviews of Mounce's BBG Textbook and Workbook in Logos?

Since the Zondervan languages bundle seems to have been broken up (at least for BBG which I was interested in), would someone having these resources in Logos kindly provide reviews?

I am interested in

a) tagging, footnotes, audio pronunciation etc.

b) the workbook specifically - filling up answers in blank spaces, formatting and so on.

Oh, I thought you posted your own review...LOL...I guess no one. I'm more interested in Basics of Biblical Greek, but I guess is not included in the collection. Anyway, it happens sometimes, you ask a question and not even the crickets will answer [:)]

I noticed that the workbook is on sale as part of the March Madness deal and snaged it today. I see that I am able to type answers in text fields inline. There seems to be little explanation for this functionality, though. Like, is there way to auto-clear all of the blanks if you want to do the exercises again? Is there a way to easily check your answers against the key in the back of the book? For the on sale price, I'd say even if no features exist other than being able to type in blanks... it's still a useful thing to have, but could be a lot better with some more features or documentation.

Try blanking it out and let us know. I'd be interested in the resource for reviewing Greek if it's reusable and it's hard for me to think it wouldn't be.

What do you mean by "blanking it out"? I see no control on either my iPad or my desktop which would suggest that the fields can be bulk cleared.

I find that the synchronization of the fields between devices is a mixed bag. The updates I performed on my desktop were visible on the iPad fairly fast. So the fields are not local to a device.

When I filled in a couple of fields on the iPad, then they showed up on the desktop. However, when I cleared a field on my iPad, the field is still filled in on the desktop. Also, a modification performed on the desktop did not propagate to the iPad. Field updates seem to be handled differently than original writes.

You answered my question in that it sounds like there's no bulk clear option. Sorry I didn't phrase ot more clearly.

When I filled in a couple of fields on the iPad, then they showed up on the desktop. However, when I cleared a field on my iPad, the field is still filled in on the desktop. Also, a modification performed on the desktop did not propagate to the iPad. Field updates seem to be handled differently than original writes.

Not so fast! The two devices did finally synchronize, but they certainly don't do it very fast.

I made another modification on the iPad prior to starting this note and it still is not visible on the desktop even after 10 minutes. It seems to be slow.

I used Mounce in college to take Greek and I am taking it again on Faithlife with some folks. Mounce has the best grammar textbook to learn biblical Greek. In Logos his workbook is the same as the print book I used in college. I print out each workbook assignment and use a pencil to fill it out and translate it. I am not sure if I can do it in the software because I have not tried. The audio works, but I do not use it. I use Flashworks that Mounce produces for those taking his class. Most all my work from Mounce is done on a dry erase board. As far as footnotes, in the grammar they really do not matter, but in the workbook they are key to learning biblical Greek. I hope this helps you make a wise decision.
