Since installing an update recently, Logos "crashes" every time during the startup process.
I believe that you are going to ask me for my logs. How do I do that?
I am on a Mac, running Maverick.
Here are my logs.2477.LogosLogs.philliptr.20140204-211153.zip
In addition, my Logos icon now appears like this (see image) 3716.Logos Icons.tiffin the Applications folder.

No good news with this error:-
[quote]No .lsr files were found. Make sure the LRSystem directory is present and contains .lsr files.
This is the best advice I could find
Hi Phil,
Try re-installing the application file in your Applications folder. Delete (or send to trash) the one that is currently in the Applications folder, and install a new one from www.logos.com/install.
If that doesn't resolve the problem try rebuilding your resourcemanager.db file.
If that doesn't work give us a call at your earliest convenience. 800-875-6467
I Now have the same problem with both lot my MACs after upgrading. Tried the resource manager rebuild trick, it still quits. Any other suggestions?
Bob
We need to see your logs to know if it is the same problem.
As Dave suggested, please post logs. Create a new thread too, explaining your issue clearly.
These are the logs3618.Archive.zip from the iMac. Failuere mode is the same for both machines. LOGOS comes up, minimizes the window, opens it and crashes.
See new thread "Crash on opening"
Responded in the new thread.
