Updates permanently waiting

During the beta an upload button was mistakenly placed in the PBB tool. Some of us uploaded files and the software tried to download them on the stable platform.

Well, 5.2 has gone gold, and the software is still telling me that I have files waiting to download. The size is different for both the stable machine (was not on the beta channel) and the beta machine.

Are others seeing this problem?

Lynden. I have not seen that since it happened when that beta first came out. Based on what happened the other day with PB's I suspect they may be working on some internal stuff that is causing the problem again. Maybe Bradley or one of the other developers can chime in.

I'm sorry Lynden but Development can't diagnose the issue since your logs are out of date (they are from January). Can you please post new logs?

Thanks Angela. Those were the latest. Deleted them, restarted the computer and software, waiting on new logs to repopulate themselves.

The log only goes for 2 minutes and there is no mention of a download.

I am seeing the same behavior - 84mb download. Unfortunately I am traveling and not at my PC however. if you still have this issue ~20th April I can post my logs as well.

I think this spurious download is caused by having clicked Upload in PBB in an earlier beta. AFAIK, we haven't fixed this download problem for beta users, but we're aware of the issue and plan to reset users' available downloads in the near future.
