How do you link the LEB to the Faithlife Study Bible on an iPad?

open LEB at the top, FSB at the bottom and "press and hold" the semicircle. Then select "link panels"

Simple question: How do you get a top/bottom switch rather than a left/right? 

Turn your iPad through 90° (or 270°).
