Guide for Scripture Reference Formatting?
Does anyone know if there is a guide somewhere that tells how to format/punctuate scripture references in posts so Faithlife will recognize them? Simple ones are no problem but more complex ones are not obvious, at least not to me. Thanks.

Personally not aware of a guide. Please provide an example of what references you having issue.

Reference includes multiple chapters, for example: Heb 11:1 through 12:13
Reference includes gaps, for example: Psalm 19:1-2;6-8;12 Ideally, this last would give pop-ups of the individual pericopes on mouse-over of each part of the reference.
I could probably figure out how to do these by trial and error, but I thought there might be a formatting guide that explains what the Faithlife software is looking for. I wonder if it might be the same as reftagger. Is there a guide for that?

Hello Eric! Faithlife does indeed use reftagger to detect bible references. These forums do as well as you can see from your last post.
We have a very small reference guide (more like a couple of examples) at http://reftagger.com/features/ about half way down the page.

Hey, thanks very much David! I didn't know what I was doing with that reference with gaps, but my guess worked out pretty good. I love the features of Reftagger, thanks for that and all the great products you guys make available. They really help.
