This is probably dependent on the resolution of your monitor.
On my On Screen Bible item, I can't scroll down to the slide settings if there so many scripture references that push those settings off screen.
What is the resolution of the screen when you run into this issue?
I use a 15" Mac Book Pro from 2012. So whatever the native resolution is on that.

I don't think it is anything to do with screen resolution I can't scroll to the 'on screen bible' settings with the window this size.
The bit in the red circle does not scroll. If you have a large ribbon on the bottom of the screen - a small laptop (or even a large desktop) can get to this situation quiet easily.
The solution is to make the ribbon smaller by dragging the barrier line.
I am in the process of writing up a bug report for this. Sorry for the inconvenience.
