Missing orders on iMac Logos Library

Help! I'm operating an iMac OS X Version 10.9.2 and recently updated my Logos Software to 5.2a SR-3 (5.2.1.0107) after reading about new upgrades online. I watched the how to video and checked out my Library to see if purchases made this year were updated. Usually I use my iPad and the library is current but when I opened my iMac's library it's completely outdated. None of the purchases I've made in the last 4 months appeared. I went to work, shut down the logos app and reopened it hours later and it's still outdated. What am I doing wrong?

Sorry to hear you are having problems.

A couple of questions:

In "Progam Settings" what is the state of the "Use Internet" and "Automatically Download Updates" settings?
Are you using the same Logos username and password on your iMac as on your iPad?

Thanks for your reply Graham. In program settings "Use Internet" and "Automatically Download Updates" are flagged as yes. I am using the same user name and password for both devices.

Is there any indication on the Mac that there are resources waiting to be installed? (Apologies I don't know exactly how that would appear on a Mac as I use a Windows system)

Have you tried the command update now ? Can you give a screen shot of your library, unfiltered, sorted by most recently updated?

Thanks to both of you for your suggestions. I'm not sure why but when I was going to respond to both of your questions I checked my computer and it said it was in the middle of an install on Logos. The library is complete, so happy.
